Mr.S.Palanivel, Chairman of the organisation is belonging to farming community from remote hamlet in Tamil Nadu. His birth was by dalit with so many oppressions and social evils as human rights violence that were faced by him since his child. He completed B.E (Bachelor of Engineering).

Mrs.C.Selvi
Mrs.C.Selvi, Financial Director of the organization and belonging to oppressed caste. She realized that the caste slavery and oppression on dalit women were causing for her coming to the social works. She completed SSLC with the struggle of crisis and compulsion of traditional occupation. She is the best trainers in women organsing, IGP and empowerment.

Mrs.A.Shenbagam
Mrs.A.Shenbagam is a Board Member with ten years experience in social works and he is also belonging to Dalit and completed B.A. In her severe affection of caste and human rights violence, she came to the field of social work. Being as dalit women, she has faced more problems, abuses and exploitations. Then she came to the social work field to work to the deprived and discriminated people. She is good training. She is good trainers on women rights, social analysis and dalit rights.
